Creating a restaurant quality meal requires and builds team work. Team cooking develops service to others, close cooperation, planning skills, communication skills and attention to detail. The outcome is a wonderful opportunity to share the fruits of their labor, enjoy a fine wine to compliment the menu; and ultimately evaluate the meal, the process and what was gained. Team building cooking classes are valuable on so many levels. Andrew is so passionate about the culinary arts that it is his passion. All classes are offered with or without the accompaniment of a wine pairing. Andrew consults with Wayne Turner of Off the Vine. For all classes that include wine pairing. The Planning Process Each corporate team building cooking class menu is individually selected by you and, owner operator, Chef Andrew Huszar. Tastefully Yours Catering works with groups of 10 or more and can schedule at your convience. Chef Andrew will shop local farmers markets to bring you the freshest ingredients possible. Once the menu and date have been selected all you have to do is arrive, enjoy some complimentary wine, mingle with co-workers and get cookin’ . The Event Process When attendees arrive they will be greeted with a complimentary glass of wine (paired with the evening’s menu selections). Mingle a bit with co-workers. Chef Andrew will go over the 4 course menu selections Share some information about the importance of the ingredients or the history of the dish. Attendees will receive aprons, recopies and hygiene instructions Cooking groups will be selected Cooking begins All gather to enjoy the fruits of your labor The group will evaluate the meal, the process and some of the highlights of what has been gained form this experience
